Is the action lever ok? Looks too far to the right unless the action is not fully closed.

Do you correspond with Sam? He does not post here much now a days but he has a lot of experience with double and owned a few VCs.

Hi Naki,
No problem with the leaver as its purpose is to open and lock the action irraspective of the position of the lever arm. So long as the leaver is closed tight it matters not if the lever arm is not lined up. No doubt with age it will line up more, often the case with double rifles.
No, I don't have "Comms" with Sam.
