I would like to take this opportunity to commend UPS Investigator Mark Zahrobsky on the profession manner in which he helped resolve the claim involving damage to my Hollis double rifle. From what I have read these claims can be difficult to resolve. Luckily in my case I had a very helpful and hard working professional that resolved the claim. The rifle is now at Griffin & Howe being restocked.
