searcy we dont have them in sweden is it better double then merkel i paid 56000kr two years ago for my 500ne and i love the gun have shot 10 moose whit the gun and non off them go more then 10m i hunt whit dogs that bark on the elk so the shot is not longer then 50m | ||

I have a Searcy 470NE and think it is very well made. Both the Searcy and Merkel doubles have a good reputation for accuracy and function. I think your Merkel will continue to serve you well. I got mine about 15 years ago and taken lots of game with it and I have done a lot of range shooting with it. mine still works just fine and the thing that is amazeing about that is that it was fifty three years old when I got it.
