What does your action measure across the widest part of the standing breech (outside-to-outside)? Anyone have a 577 and calipers handy? | ||

Chris, My VC is 2.168" across at the widest part of the standing breech and 2.12" across at the bar where it joins the standing breech. | |||

Would a measurement from a 577/500 mag. BPE be of any help? Greener 2 3/4 - 650- 90 grain. 2.413 widest standing breech 1.232 out side to outside firing pins. If you own a gun and you are not a member of the NRA and other pro 2nd amendment organizations then YOU are part of the problem. | |||
