Last year I built a 20ga shotgun for a customer with a blued frame and gold outline on the frame, I thought it was interesting enough that I ordered a DR with similar treatment. This is a 375 Flanged Mag, small round frame, carved fences, with 24" barrels it weighs 129oz or 8.06lb.

Funeral Grade? Does that mean it is buried with you when you die?

For my tastes it's fine !! I once saw a matched pair of Browning High Powers with that type of gold line work .If I was a collector I would have immediately grabbed them.

Man, that is nice. I would take it as is but with case hardening on the receiver and forearm release only.

No, it means your wife will kill you for buying another double!

I guess you learn something new every day, as long as you live, but that is a new one on me at 77 years of age! That is a designation that I have never heard before after over 70 years of owning guns!

From the Hallowell web site

Funeral Grade - A colloquial term to describe a break-open gun, of any quality but often of the very highest, bearing the least possible decoration; having an all-blued receiver with either no engraving at all or only a simple borderline.

Well, my Heym PH might have a nitrite-finished receiver but, compared with your rifle, its decoration is high-grade pine box.
