After reading the resurrected Capstick and 45-70 threads maybe we can start a new Cindy G thread. I think she comes with a double. Tom, I would dress like a woman just to have the opportunity to shoot that rifle. Anybody have any size 14 heels? | |||

I think that is very chivalrous of Mr. Selby, and I agree. We had less than 25-yards of follow-up on these two, and I can understand him thinking it would be rude to put a lady through an unnecessarily long walk.   It's not as much about what you hit them with as where it is you hit them.  | |||

My wife used a 450/400 3 1/4" double for her cape buff. One shot one kill. I shot a cape buff, a lion, and a bull elephant with it as well. I still felt "Manly" using it.  DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY | |||

There probably isn't a better double rifle for a woman. Where else can you find a double rifle throwing 400 grains down range that won't kick the shit out of you?
