I just got off the phone with Bailey and he sounded great. He said that the surgery had gone better than expected and he was in good shape. I told him to keep taking those meds! Bob, it was great to see you yesterday, and thanks for the dvd. I will pop it in after my PT is finished with me. We moved to a new room, and my PT will be here in a few. I'm off the epidural and on oral pain meds, but the need has been minimal. Walked a little last night and will do more and more each day. Glad I decided to do both at once to get it over with. MUCH easier than I expected, and all of the old arthritis pain is a thing of the past. I'll be in touch, Thanks everyone, means a lot to have som many well wishes. I have no doubt that has and will happen. I've got to tell you, modern medicine is unbelievable. I had to take two units of blood yesterday, and feel 1000% today. Mobility is way up and gets better almost hourly. I couldn't be happier with the decision to get the old rusty hinges out. Thanks everyone. I got home last night. Nice to be home. Adjusting to the routes wround the house with a walker, and able to walk a little better every day. Not quite up to working yet, maybe later in the week. I'm so guarded about working if not focused properly. Few days should clear that up. Y'all have been great.
