Bailey, it was nice to meet you at DSC..
good luck on your operation.
I have had Knee surgery, and I can tell you that "rehab" is what makes you whole again.
Make sure you have a good rehab "person".

She was very good.

RustyI just got off the phone with Bailey and he sounded great. He said that the surgery had gone better than expected and he was in good shape.
I told him to keep taking those meds! Better living through chemistry!
Peggy and I will go check on him Saturday!

bobcSaw Bailey last nite and he's doing well, just a tiny room. Pain not a problem, already taking a few steps, and talking about guns on the drawing board. Bob

Bailey BradshawBob,
it was great to see you yesterday, and thanks for the dvd. I will pop it in after my PT is finished with me.
We moved to a new room, and my PT will be here in a few. I'm off the epidural and on oral pain meds, but the need has been minimal. Walked a little last night and will do more and more each day. Glad I decided to do both at once to get it over with. MUCH easier than I expected, and all of the old arthritis pain is a thing of the past.
I'll be in touch,
Thanks everyone, means a lot to have som many well wishes.

I have no doubt that has and will happen.
I've got to tell you, modern medicine is unbelievable. I had to take two units of blood yesterday, and feel 1000% today. Mobility is way up and gets better almost hourly. I couldn't be happier with the decision to get the old rusty hinges out.

Must have been the gun oil they mixed with the blood they gave you to perk you up.
Dont rush it take your time the Doc is the one you need to listen to, not your urge to go back to work.
See ya

Bailey BradshawThanks everyone. I got home last night. Nice to be home. Adjusting to the routes wround the house with a walker, and able to walk a little better every day.
Not quite up to working yet, maybe later in the week. I'm so guarded about working if not focused properly. Few days should clear that up.
Y'all have been great. Rusty and his Bride, Bob and David Boyles came by for visits. Thanksfull more than I can express.
