Ya, ya the snake loads his belts upside down, again, back in the days of ordering the .45-70 it was easier to stretch to fit 470 that way. ahahahah I am also missing some fingers so it is easier for me to grab that way. Also easier for B's arthritic fingers. Old doesn't=fun hahaha.

At either 25 or 50 posts (cannot remember) it will change from "new member" to "one of us".

Most forums have multiple levels of users. On AR you quickly become "one of us"

I really like the shell holders. I need two for a 450-400 with the space between the pairs of cartridges.

Thanks for the info Mike !! I have cases for the 450-400 so its not a problem. I would suggest 8 rounds so the slide doesn't get to long. They run $20 each until the first of may (small increase after that) .
my paypal address is tommymaker@yahoo.com ,

The bottom holder is the one I like.

$20.00 each is a very fair price. Does the $20.00 include shipping to Louisiana, I want to make certain the payment is correct.

My ten came in today whilst I'm in Kansas. I'll be in Alaska in two days and will make a post with pics. The quality is outstanding! .350 Rigby to 4-bore and all sizes in between. If you guys don't already have one or more, get with it. You won't be disappointed.
Cheers,
Cal

Here are my Tommymaker products:
4 sets for the bore rifles--4-8-10-12.
5 sets for the nitro and bpe rifles--.350no2, .450-400, .450no2, .500, .600. I'm waiting on the .577.

Tom also made a pair of .500 for a mate in Zim.
Hey guys, these things are of top quality, reasonably prices, and a quick turn around time. One could not ask for more and many here, myself included, give our highest recommendation.

Saturday I will bring them to our double shoot and show them.

I got mine in the mail yesterday and the craftsmanship is first class. They are not as big as Cal's but hey, not everyone is shooting 4 and 8 bore rifles.

Cal, how about a picture of you with the cartridge holders and your trashy doubles?

I would like to hear your opinion on how the cartridge holder affects the accuracy of your doubles before Shootaway starts in.

Hello Everybody,
Next week is the Matthew Quigley Buffalo Rifle Match up in Forsyth Montana, The shoot is on the 20-21st, but folks will be there all week before the match. Shooter numbers will be somewhere between 600-700 reg. shooters from all over the world. The traders row is about 1/2 mile long with hundreds of rifles(even some doubles)and every thing else gun related . Shooters fee is $25 and camping is free. Its a great event even if you don't shoot. More info is on their web site quigleymatch.com. I will be there from Tuesday the 16th on, at space 13E on the east side of traders row---if you can make it there please stop by and say hello.
Have a great fathers day for you fathers out there !! Tommymaker

Hi everybody,
I had a customer that had an issue with one of my 470 ne slides. Seems the slide puckered out in the middle . I think we have fixed that issue with another strap and snap. If you have this issue with any of my slides, please contact me and I will add the extra strap free of charge. I just want folks to be happy with any of my products. with luck there is a pic with the fix below.---thanks, Tommy

Would you consider offering a cull belt type of belt out of webbing? About 8-10 loops on each side, and a clean back.

I would think that might be very popular here.

Hi Guys,
well I do make web belts as well as the slides. You can look at the pic scutulatus posted of his hunting Lady,as well as the pic at the bottom. My belts are made out of the same web and so on as my slides. Any size or caliber for $65 plus the postage. You can have them set-up any way you want . I have been making them for about 20 years now. and as always, I will take suggestions on what ever you need for double gun set-ups. and yes I can even put your biker buckle on one.
I didn't put them on this because I didn't know how the rules were on adds in the posts.
Any way I do make them, and would be willing to do them any way you guy's would like them.
ya just got to love summer !! Tommymaker

I can't get them through ebay and registering for gunbroker confuses me.
I see on ebay starting bids are $20 but don't have a clue on the selling prices.
You guessed it, I'm very computer illiterate.
Cheers,
Cal
