Congratulations John!

I live about 90 miles from Butch and drive by his shop all the time. Let me know if you want me to stop in and fondle, er, check on your rifle.

+1 on the 450/400. I own a Searcy Classic in this caliber, and it shoots 1 1/2" groups at 100 yards with the scope attached. With iron sights at 50 yards off sticks, both barrels touch. The rifle shoots better than I can. This caliber will do anything and everything you ever want in a double, and you will never notice the recoil.

John

If you ever need someone to baby sit the rifle I promise to love it, feed it, and say nice things to it. And if you need a place to shoot it you can use my shop close to 1960 and Jones Rd.
