Famars would likely be a bit above your price range. But looking might be useful.

They have a .500 and .450/.400 available along with US operations and dealers that likely make them easier to work with than other Continental makers.

I've always made investments with an eye toward liquidating them profitably, but not goods bought purely for scratching an itch. Besides that, not everybody is enamored of the mores of dead empires.
