Basically what you are buying is a Black Powder Express action...

Lets see @4 to 5K to restock.
7 to 9K to rebarrel.
I do not know what remaking the fore end metal would cost, but I would guess 4K including the wood.
So for @ 20K you could have a "new on an orignal action" BPE.
