Many moons ago when man was new the body parts discussed who was to the leader.
The brain said that it was to be leader because it controlled the intire body and thought proces.
The eyes thought they was best, so did the stomach, legs and so forth.
When suddenly the but said that it was king and needed to be the boss of the intire body.
They all laughed and the but got angry and shut up tight.
A couple of days later the brain couldnt hold a simple thought, the eyes was blod shut, the stomach was backed up full, the hands trembled so did the legs and so forth.

The morale is that you dont have to have any skills for being the boss it suffices to be an asshole!
