doubledown, It may shoot close to .4 MOA at 200yds every once in a while, but I've been to enough BR matches over the last 20yrs to know it won't do .2MOA at 200 yds frequently. Butch

Butch you're right, I should have said on a good day. It has alot of good days and days when i'm chasing the lands. I looked at my log book on average I'm high fives. I just worked up a load with Sierra 100 grain hp's and that new Hodgdon Hybrid 100 V its shooting alot better than it should.

They are a great rifle and I believe they are the most accurate out of the box factory rifle hands down. I had a single shot in 220 Swift that was almost unbelievable. Butch

"Pointless appendages"? Obviously written by a BR fandango! If you shoot tactical you want all the advantages you can, the side rails as seen in my BAS10 are used in night events for laser range finding and the opposite rail for night vision. Ya a bit on the heavy side but the targets moving, I'm not! Now here's the funny part. I just got back from an event I've never been to before called "Harold's Easter Egg Shoot". "Harry" makes the rules and here's how it goes. 100 Yards 10 egg shoot open site (open to all). You have 10 rounds and five minutes to scramble your eggs. this was entertaing but took some time as there was a split and over shoot between to BR yahoo's. To keep the story short, I just received my FCP-K in .223 (below) and raced to get it ready to shot for this event (200 yards 10 eggs, 10 rounds) anything goes except for grenades! No time for development so I used my instincts and went with 4895 with a 69 Grn. Speer up against the lands (have used this load in other rifles). Sighted in with 15 rounds before I got there. I got 7 eggs out of ten with a gun right out of the box. Ya I didn't win but under the circumstances, not bad at all! If anyone was there, Who one the basket? The basket was filled with all sorts of shooting goodies from the ($10.00 entry fee).
