At last count....I had three of them.....all on Sako L461 actions.

This one was built on the factory single-shot L461. It has a Pac-Nor 26" 3-groove 9" twist barrel....Canjar single-set trigger....Leupold 6.5-20XAO Target scope.
It shoots 25-27gr. Kindlers at about 3900fps.

Built the modern version in 17-223 Wildcat several times. Was easier for the brass side of things. Used a 20 tactical FL sizer, followed by the 17-223 sizer.

Shoot straight, shoot often.

Shot it today with a fire forming load. 10 shots into about a dime size group. I was pretty impressed.

I had one about 30 years ago. Built by a BR guy on an XP 100 action. It would
Hold tiny groups all day long and was hell on prairie dogs as long as the wind was t bad.

I might just need to look into getting one. I’ve been playing with a 17 Mach4 and it’s a blast as well.

Requires special cleaning rods and what not and never saw any advantage at all over the 222 Rem, especially in windy Idaho's snake river canyon
