| I use H322 in my 223's. My load is right off the powder cans data using 50gr V Max. This load will shoot under 1/2" for me.

| Remington SPS with H&S stock and old Remington trigger @ 20oz. 21.5gr IMR4198 REM 50gr HPPL WW Cases and CCI primers. AVG 5 shot group .5 @ 100 and 2" @ 285Yrds. Started out with original stock avg .8 came down to .6 with new stock and now .5 or less with new/old trigger. Found the load touted as a benchrest load from Warren Page. Note 5 shot not 3 shot. Many groups with 3 or 4 inside .3" . I am pleased.
