At least at one time Savage did.....a friend bought one and brought it to my range for sighting in and test firing.....IIRC it was 1:12 twist instead of the traditional 1:14.
The gun exhibited excellent accuracy but was befraught with other issues in feeding, ejecting and other mechanisms going heywire.....
It did make a decent prairie dog gun as they are normally used in single shot mode anyway.
If you're looking for something faster than 1:12, I've not come across one from the factory.

The Ruger American Predator has a 1-10 twist. I haven't shot one in 22-250, but I have shot a 7-08 in a standard model and it was very accurate. I'm not a big fan of the stocks, but if it shoots well then I can live with it.
With a faster twist, it begs the question; of the newer rifles with a faster twist, have the throats been lengthened at all supposing the use of longer bullets. Would be good to know.
