I just received an email from Mike Bryant with a picture attached of my .250 Ackley. It looks awesome! It is a blueprinted short stainless Remington 700 action with a 23" #2 Hart barrel, and a dark red/black swirled McMillan Mountain Rifle Stock. I can hardly wait to shoot it! John
Looks pretty darn cool. My first love was the 250-3000, and it remains one of my top 3 favorite rounds. It does my heart good to see people resurrect it, in standard or AI versions. Let us know if it shoots as good as it looks
John, If it shoots as good as it looks you have a real winner..........Congrats and keep us informed as to loads and accuracy....A well conceived rifle.
