Just picked up a 243 WSSM in a Browning A-Bolt hunter (wood). $279.00 from Gander Mt. and it looks to be almost new. The barrel cleaned up quickly and easily and just a couple very small marks in the stock. Got lucky and found the last 2 bags of brass out in the Lincoln Nebraska branch of Scheels and dies at Cabelas. If it is half the gun the 25WSSM is I will be a happy camper. I have had great luck with these Brownings in a 223 super and 4 of the 25s. It is topped with a Leupold VX-II 2-7x33 in PRW rings.

I shoot the .243 WSSM and the 25 WSSM and consider them two of my best Deer rifles. My grandsons have all shot them and love them. They are Browning A-Bolts and sport 4.5 X 14 Ziess Conquest scopes and are extremely accurate. Win-760 and RL-17 are good powders. Good shooting and good luck.
