Oh I could never do that, it shoots way to good.
Of course I could make it a switch barrel being a Savage.

My luck has been excellent with them.. the worst one was in 223... it got a lot more accurate after 600 rounds of Blue Dot loads down the barrel..

when it got it and took it to the range it was no benchrest shooter, that is for darn sure..

however, took it out in the field, and it was still nailing sage rats out to 250 yds, as well as the most accurate 223s I own...

I was still exploding them right out to 250 yds, with 85% of all of my shots...which was all I ever expected of it in the first place...

These threads really amuse me. 1/2" groups at 230yds. Give me a break!
Z1r is thinking the same as I.
When I was a kid I killed doves with rocks that I threw at them, yeah I did. I didn't tell anybody that they were stupid and I could throw at least 10 rocks before I hit one.
