Rich, wrong forum. To get LD's attention it must be in the Medium Bores.

Never seen one, but I'm sure there are no surprises. There's 35x404 and 375x404, improved or not, and they perform great. 9.3mm would be right there. Cum catapultae proscriptae erunt tum soli proscript catapultas habebunt.

Idaho Sharpshooter 9,3X70 DWM Magnun is based on the 404 case, 89mm C.O.L. So it can be housed in a standard mauser. Cheers /JOHAN

Charles Askins built a 9.3/.404 Jeffery and took it to Africa in 1981 or '82. He found it okay, but nothing exceptional. His write-up is in the American Rifleman. My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still.

I decided against the 9,3x404J. Too many things to do with my 550 Gibbs and trying to get ready for Africa in august. thanks for the advice. Rich DRSS
