Mic McPherson who takes "credit" for the .416/284 (he's a lefty and likes the Win 88) evidently has shot one quite a bit. Suggest you contact him directly. He's a real hoot to talk to and as knowledgable as anyone you will ever find about ballistics.
His phone number is in the front of "Precision Shooting" magazine as he is one of the many "staff writers'.

Those specs should take the smile off a feral pigs face. Has anyone any experience with a wildcat on this case? thanks Malcolm56
Gidday Ray, yeah I know about this one, this combo at this stage is the wildcat most achievable here in Australia. Most Oz gunsmiths have a 300/338 Win reamer that can fit my requests. I'll keep the forum posted on my success, whichever way I go.!!!! Malcolm56 "wildcats rule'
