Anyone neck this Remmy 30 AR case down yet? Seems like a natural being based on a short 284 Winchester case. Necking it to 6 or 6.5 would be intersting.

Here was my brief review of a case from the floor of SHOT:

I just happened to speak to the right person at the Remington booth today.

He pulled out a 30 RAR case and handed it to me.

The calipers were out in an instant.

Case head diameter - .492

Base diameter ahead of the extractor groove - .496

I was beginning to get a scowl, so I put my tools away before checking shoulder diameter and total case length.
