HI If I get the Gsmith to run a 204R reamer into the barrel to 221 Fireball go-guage length- how close would that be to a 20 VT?? What I plan to do is get the Gsmith to run the reamer in short (221FB length) and then get hin to cut down a set of 204R FLS and the seating dies to suit the chamber he's cut. How close would this chamber be to a 20 Vt chamber?? What sort of velocity do you think I could get with the 39 BK? Thanks later P | ||

You'd have to look at the chamber dimensions of the 204, and with the body angle, figure out what dia base the chamber will be.
