I just sent my action to Hart to have one of these things built. Going with a fluted (Krieger) #4 contour which finishes .670" @ 26". Question is... 25" or 26" length. I'm trying to keep weight reasonable, but being way overbore is it worth the extra inch?

i would guess, at max max loads, it's probably worth 50fps .. i didn't cut mine down from 25, so I can't tell you
