I really like my Dewey cleaning rod, but after a while transporting a 36" long rod becomes a pain,at least for me.

Does anyone make a quality 2 piece rod without the problems usually associated with cheap jointed rods?

From the recommendation of guys in that thread I picked up a kit for the range bag from Kleen Bore. It works well, but I wish it had one more section...cleaning a 22" bbl from the action end will cause you to rap your knuckles repeatedly...
