Will,

Just looked through this again and all I can say is WOW! Sango sure has been good to you. Maybe Mike and I are going about this all wrong...we need to start hunting with Thierry.Wink

Seriously, it is hard to beat Sango and it was good to me my last visit there as well. Now if we could get the jumbos in Mahenye to cooperate maybe I could show off some ivory too. I guess third time is the charm. Congratulations on the true hunting trip of a lifetime! You should be proud! Hope to see you in Dallas!

The best collection of trophies from one hunt I have seen posted on AR or indeed elsewhere. Would seem Labat is on top of his game.

Superb report and very well done bwana.

Great report. Congratulations on an amazing trip. That elephant is amazing. Can you imagine what those tusks would have weighed without the taper. Eeker Congrats again.

Been home 65 days and the trophies are delivered to the shipper, crated, and ready to come home.

This is the level of service to which we have become accustomed.

Thanks ZH.

I've heard Thierry has another Leopard under his belt.
The Save sure has some Leopards.
Sorry for the hi-jack, Will

Will,
Like Danish above, I have read this post multiple times. Because of this post I met
with Thierry @ SCI-Vegas this year & went ahead with scheduling a 14 day leopard
hunt in Sango (tented camp) for May 2013!

I can only hope it works out as well as your safari, I know Thierry will do his part
Cheers, Jim

Thanks Jim and Danish. I hope you both have great luck with Mr Spots. I'll be back at Sango in less than 40 days for more fun and games with both big cats and nyati. I hope to have another good report in two months time.

Cheers until then,

Great report on a great adventure. I really liked the way you cranked in another round in chamber on elephant video ...you avoided the American Admeration Shot. Your next one was in the chamber before he hit the ground...excellent shooting.

Will,

For some reason, I missed this thread previously. But man, what a hunt! Some really great trophies there. I hope you do just as well on your Lion hunt this summer!

I really liked your post script and picture!

This coming back to the top brings back some great memories.

We're headed out today to see if Thierry and I can top our 2011 performance.

I'll have a report in late June.

Until then,
