I have always heard the word "harvest" being used in the farming world: a bumper bean harvest, harvesting a corn crop, wheat harvest, etc. but not harvesting Buffalo, Wildebeest, Impala, and so forth; killing or culling, yes, but never harvesting.  | |||

Yes, we harvest corn and wheat and we kill elephant and buffalo and kudu and wildebeest with a good rifle and good bullets right into their hearts or brains. One shot, one time. So does buffhunter with his .416 Rem Mag... The exceptional PH is that one who uses his exceptional knowledge and experience to prevent situations where he needs to display his exceptional shooting skill to save your life. | |||
