Some of our client and my trophies from 2010

Taken in Zimbabwe this year. The lion weighed over 500lbs (weighed on camp scale, not estimated weight)

Buffalo was 41"

Taken with 375 H&H

41" Oryx taken with 9.3x70 magnum

I thought this made a cool photograph!

Close up

16"+ Springbok taken with 9.3x70 magnum

But the Lion's nose is pink.

Seriously, nice Lion. Looks as if he fed not long before you killed him.

I'm not sure of the location (other than Namibia) but that's Dirk Rohrmann on the right in the last photo. And, you can't go wrong hunting with Dirk.

Folks,

That's correct, the lion was taken with Zambezi hunters, and the hunt in Namibia was with Dirk Rohrmann. We only work with good operators. I always try my very best to match a client with the right operator for them, so as to fit their expectations and budget.

Will post some more photos shortly.

Thank you for looking.

Help me out here....my Mohawk maned Lion with much less mane than the one pctured, from Chirisa, had a total black nose....the one pictured has pink nose....what's up? Is nose a poor way to age or is mine old and this one young? Mine weighted over 500lbs on skinning shed scale with one foreleg and half head on the floor because we could not raise the chain hoist higher.
I am not being a smartazz. Does the nose tell or not?

Terrific photos and trophies - congrats.

The 9.3 x 70 is very cool too. Any further details on the rifle?

The nose theory was thrown out the window some time ago. This Lion and the one you describe are exceptional trophies.

the only way to judge a lions age 100% is by counting the wrinkles on their gooch aka "grundle", this can only be accomplished by being patient and waiting for the lion to give you the right angle. tu2
