Please post more. This report is one of the best I have seen here on AR. You must finish it.

I'll throw it in also as a Google translation to see if this gets there quicker. No I do not speak Swedish, as you can probably tell.

Vänligen efter mer. Denna rapport är en av de bästa jag har sett här på AR. Du måste avsluta det.

"5 minutes" probably referred to fuel. He starved that engine until it quit.

But what a great trip. Another winner from Zambezi Hunters!

Anton,

You are a great storyteller and you have an awesome story to tell. Out of bed now, we are on tenterhooks and want to hear the rest of the tale. I know there is more to come. That elephant....Well, words fail me.

I second that as I also read it - all about taking the elephant bull, photos of insects and bugs, Mahenya people getting their meat ration, children ridinga cow in the riverbed....How could it just disappear?

Anton,

If it can't be recovered I hope you have the patience to make a new report for us.

I wasn't lucky enough to see what disappeared but now I'm very interested.

David: Yes it was. I will try to do the full report tomorrow - i still have left a pack of hyaenas and a beautiful bushbuck + a follow up on a wounded buffalo with the two professional hunters(Jonathan Hulme, Ivan Carter) and two cameramen (Lauri Alantwaite, Doug King) and a bunch of trackers. I dont know what made me more nervous all the people watching or the wounded buffalo.

But as i said - tomorrow (I hope)

Hello Anton

No news yet from Mahenya but I'm sure they're hard at it. You know the bull that Jonny wants, right? That one that you saw so briefly...

Anton, nobody can see whn you've updated your report because you are adding it to the original post. Maybe when you do an update you could just add a new post to notify us? Excellent report my friend.

I shall keep you updated on the hunting

Anton,

Yes I did see that bull on the DVD - 90 pounds for sure. I don't think you should stop thinking about him, because your madness might bring you back to Mahenya quicker than anyone expected! That is what big bulls do - they drive hunters crazy. I also hope he lives until you get back, but even if he doesn't there will be another....

Now, where is the rest of your hunting report? It is the weekend now so you have plenty of time to update us on the last part of your hunt. Don't tell me you lost another post?

Take care Anton, we hope to see you again soon.

Dave
