Thierry offered this hunt as a discounted hunt after the shows.

I had not planned on Africa for 2017 but after talking to a few members here including MJines and 505Gibbs I decided it was too good to pass.

Travel w/ Guns did the travel arrangements and that went off w/out a hitch. Emirates is friendly and some of their people in Seattle remembered us from departure, asking about pictures when we returned.

Thierry handled everything....pickup, departure, before the hunt, after the hunt....you name it. And after reading hunt reports from his hunters for so many years my expectations were high. He exceeded that.

My wife hunts also and went along as an observer. She also was able to kill an OLD impala with one shot. I was and am very proud of her. Thierry helped her add about 50 birds to her life list as well and was a terrific host.

He has a great crew....Mudini (Houduni) is tracker-extroadinare. Ishmael is always there with a smile and a ride when we need it. The staff at Senuko was all top-notch.

Senuko camp is amazing. There was a fire a few years ago that has not been completely repaired but you will want for nothing and it has potential for greatness. The location is beautiful but it does need a little TLC. Hunters dollars will make this happen, no doubt.

I am no writer or storyteller. Here are a few pictures.

Seems like everything was top of the line. Nice buff, super eland, and all others were fine trophies. Congratulations on a great hunt and story telling!

Nice! Thanks for the report!

Congrats!

I have hunted the adjoining properties several times. The game on those areas was outstanding. I was there when Senuko had the fire. It was a major event to be certain.

Your PH is one of the best without a doubt.

Well done!

Had I had been a day or two earlier I would have booked this hunt. Given the reputation of the area, the PH and the price it was a no-brainer.

Congrats on a great hunt, super buffalo and exceptional eland and thank you for sharing it with us!
