ANDREW: Were your laundry staff able to get the bloodstains out of Surefire's pants and shirt? It looks like he bayoneted that leopard instead of shooting it! Someday I'd like to hunt buff and spotted hyena with you.

Leon,

It was great getting to know you and Mike. We enjoyed having you in camp a couple of times. Thank you for allowing us to hold your 577. That was a first for me.

And thank you for your assistance on the hunt.

We hope to share camp with you once again in Zambia some day.

Proper.

Having just failed on leopard in Zim color me "Green". We shall have to make a date soon. 11 trips to Africa and this was my first failure of desired species.

Mr & Mrs surefire7,

You're most welcome and thank you for your great hospitality! I look forward to meeting up with you in the future, over the pond or in the field.
Very best to you both
Leon

As for the blood stains, we "presoaked" them in the shower with cold water, then the laundry staff had an easier time with the stains-no worries. (Posted by the Mrs.) Indeed, there was a lot of blood but he was a big cat!

I have been watching and reading on here for a while. The hunt reports are great, but Andrew says a few things on here.

No doubt about it my next trip to the Dark Continent is going to be with Andrew. He offers and does what I want to experience.

And no, I am not kissing his butt, just my take from what I have seen and read on AR.

Cheers!!!

Skyline, you won't be disappointed with a hunt w/Andrew. The wife and I did a sable/buffalo hunt with him last year and the total experience was beyond our expectations. Now, we're just trying to find the opportunity to hunt with him again.
