Great trophies and you got to hunt with both Leon and Paddy. It doesn't get much better than that!
Those are some great old buff.

Vince,

I called Wendell the other day to see how you had done. Wow. Brings me back to that hour on the phone last year when we talked about my hunt. I see Parakat was your tracker - hell of a guy, huh? Those pics sure bring back some memories!

Congrats!

congratulations on the hunt of a lifetime. I got to know Leon on a Botswana hunt a couple of years ago, he was my buddie's PH, he is an excellent PH. It is easy to understand how he got the nickname "turbo".

Vince,

Love some of those trophies. Old daggaboys with character I may add, a super mature eland, great leopard and lion. What a stunning lesser kudu.
Hope to see you in Dallas.

Beautiful trophies & congrats on a successful adventure!

It is reminiscent of the safaris of yesterday where one would
hunt for 1-2 months &
take a full bag.

Good for you, you're living the dream!

Congradulations Vince on a super safari with Leon. Leon can certainly get it done and his company is very enjoyable. Your photos really bring back alot of memories for me. Gerard Miller is a good friend of mine and I have photos, from many different trips, of Gerard and I standing at his front door like the one you have with Patty and Gerard. Thanks for sharing

Great trophies all around. What an ancient buffalo. For my money, Nyassa Wildebeest are one of the most beautiful and worthy trophies. I'm proud to say I have one, too. Congrats!

Vince,
What a truly outstanding hunt and report! From talking to you prior to your trip, I had every reason to think it would be a success, but having now learned about the details, it was indeed the hunt of a lifetime.
Reading your report certainly brought back some great memories of my hunt there with Leon. In fact, Leon and I have been rehashing some of those memories today as he's staying with us this week. We're going quail hunting tomorrow, but no doubt that hunt will be interspersed with lots of fun talk about Africa and my hopes of getting back there again.
Thanks for sharing your hunt with us and I hope to share a camp with you in Botswana as we both chase elephants with Turbo Leon.
