I have a friend who has one in excellent condition for sale, including Barrett scope, 250+ loaded rounds, hard case, Swarovski telescope, and some other stuff. I think his price is $2600-2800. Does this information help?

Beats me. If you want me to find out, I'll do it as time permits. If your interest is more than academic, I'll either find out immediately or put him in touch with you.

Nevada Gun Exchange in Carson City has a very good-looking Grizzly with a Leupold 8.5-25X VX-III for $2800. Saw it today. Send an email to nftange@gmail.com, call (775) 884-4867 or fax to (775) 884-1191 for more information. Ask for Tom. I have put a few posts around the Forums about what else I saw there today. Look for the posts with "Nice rifle?" as the topic in Classifieds, Benchrest and Target Shooting, and Lefties. I get nothing if any of the guns sell-- just passin' along good info...

The nickel plated ones are worth about 500 more than the blue ones from what I have seen.
