He is nothing but a sick arsehole, that needs get off his arse and go huntin'.
I merely stuck up for a young kid he (in my opinion) wrongly reprimanded, and he banned me. I even won some cast bullets from an advertiser, and the bullet maker stiffed me, so I never received the bullets.
The conduct of GB speaks volumes, probably a good study for those pursuing a career in the mental health profession......!
Well, the only thing I can say is that I did not follow the norm there, believing that there is only one good barrel maker.
I spoke of the maker of my barrels and GB warned me not to use that name again, since he did not know what he was talking about, or he would ban me.
I believe it was when I mentioned using some of Mike's techniques for tuning my loads and also that I incorporate the use of magnum pistol primers in some of my rifle cartridges for the contender.
I guess I should have read his shooting and hunting book so I could understand where he comes from.
Oh, wait, he doesn't have any. Does he?

Welcome I too got kicked off GB's site I call him GayAss now. His Mod. on the T/C forum is an ass to. I PM'ed a few guy to check out another site. He said,I was kicked off for tring to steal his members. Whatever I gave him and his Mod. a few choice words and left.

Aye, there are simply far too many other lists and forums, all high-quality and first-class, in which one may participate rather freely, than to allow a rude, abusively tyrannical, and ignorant ego centrist ruin one's pursuits and precious free time.
I left that forum around Jan 2002, around the time it became a whore and prostitute to it�s sponsors, and have never looked back. These forums, GoGoVarmintGo, Mike Bellm's forums, the Specialty Pistols forums, the RimfireCentral Forums, Hunt Chat Forums, etc etc all provide plenty of opportunity to freely and enjoyably discuss one's passions in the shooting sports, and one is not expected or asked to be subject to the abuses of an ignorant and obnoxious control freak

I use to be on there all the time, reading-learning making a few posts here and there. Then people started getting bumped off. I'm not talking about losers or trouble makers-but the core group that made GBO the great site that it was. It's a shame used to be a good informative site, now I hardly go over there and afraid if I post something I might get banned. Don't even reconize most of the users anymore.
I was "banned" a long time back, but being a bit more computer literate than GB, I found a way to re-register just to look at the classifieds. I hadn't posted there in eons.
But tonight, a friend e-mailed me and said anyone on this board who participated in this thread and the one on the AR classifieds was Re-BANNED, de-activated or whatever at GBO. Sure enough, I could not log on. I think I am going to cry <ha ha>
GB: When will you stop lurking here and be man enough to announce your presence? (Your computer tells us where you are, no matter how slick you think you may be...)

What is he smoking? This forum doesn't display ISP numbers......so, if you don't try to register under the same name over there that you use here....how would he know who to ban?
Even if he has your ISP number, there are plenty of free anonymous browsers out there!
Hey GB, if you are reading this.....maybe you should just ban everyone so you don't miss any of us!! Just think, if you banned everyone, you would have absolute control over your own board! You could post only what you want to see there....of course you would be the only one reading it so there shouldn't be any disagreements.

I posted quite a bit at GBO's when I first got into Contenders and Encores, but now I only go there to lurk. The way it sounds from things I have read over there, you will need to pass a background search if you want to be allowed to post in the future. I hope Big Brother (or Big Toad, slurp, slurp) isn't lurking over here right now.

Graybeard has NOTHING at all to do with handgunhunt.com. If you are still having problems getting logged on over there, send the webmaster an email and he will get things straightened out for you. They have been upgrading to new forum software and have had some minor trouble along the way, as is to be expected with any upgrade. To my knowledge, Gary has NEVER banned anyone from handgunhunt.com.
Greybeard showed up over there about a year ago trying to sell a barrel. It was the infamous free Bellm barrel that that Greybeard made an ass of himself over. I gave him a few raspberries on the forum, and he tried to have the folks at handgunhunt.com ban me from the site. They very politely told him to stick it.

Well it has been some time now since ole grey butt banned me from his site. It had to do with his bashing of Mike. I just don't deal well with stupidity like his. There are just to many other good sites around like this one.
So grey butt, if your listening please make sure I am still banned from that nazi butt licking site of yours.
I took a look at th GB forum to see if there was any ruckus going on there over this topic. As expected, there wasn't a peep about it. I did notice, however, the big man himself is now of the opinion that Taurus is "junk". Hmmm. I thought that Ruger was was "junk" and Taurus was the greatest revolver ever made? Wonder what happened there? What a piece of work.

That�s what I figured too. They must have grown tired of his extortion. I have always wondered if Ruger didn't tell him to go pound salt at sometime in the past? I have been around firearms all my life, and frankly do not buy the fact that he got as many "bad" Rugers as he claimed. Sorry, but if that was the case others would be getting them in similar numbers and that isn't happening.
I am always suspect when someone makes blanket assessments of any firearms manufacturer. Its easy to say that all TC's are junk, or all Ruger are junk, etc., but if you dig deep enough there is usually a personal vendetta somewhere in the details. I have dealt with a lot of manufacturers, and if there is genuinely something wrong they are almost always willing to do whatever it takes to make it right.

Well I guess I've been banned from ;graybeard outhouse; also. I have never said a fowl word about anybody on any forum . I do not believe this fellow is open minded enough to know how to judge whats good or bad or right or wrong. It kind of makes me mad that he even has the same interests as me. I've seen these type of guys before. They do a lot of talking and not much listening. Does any body know his real name? I don't think I want to ever take him on a hunt and I want to pass the word around. Thanks.

On this topic, I never posted anything. I believe I've only posted a couple of times on single shot pistol forums. I never did post anything on graybeard outdoors and only joined that forum about a month ago. Just be glad this guy isn't a politician.
Normally I don't post a whole lot on any forum unless I feel I could add to what has been said, or replying to someone. I'm just a lurker and read more than I post. I don't even post on these forums very often. I registered on GBO under an anonymous name TWO DAYS AGO, and I tried to log in this morning and found I had been banned. I didn't check yesterday, so it might have happened then. I had not even posted. I registered to be able to look at the T/C forums. Honestly, I wasn't even planning on posting. I don't know why he would ban me. GB, if you are reading this, get some sleep. I can see your bloodshot eyes from sitting at the computer as much as possible, to keep the "bad folk" out of your forums. News- forums are for people to FREELY express their feelings and ideas as long as it stays civil. That is what I have always thought.
So, if you are registered in this forum and are thinking about (I don't know why you would) registering on GBO, I would save time for you and him. Don't bother. I once thought he was an okay individual, but he has lost that image to me.
Just my opinion.
