Does anyone know where I can get bullets to slug a 25 caliber barrel??? I already checked beartooth bullets & they don't list anything for that caliber. Thanks for the help!

Rich, a letter size F drill is .257" and a G is .261." I suggest you drill a hole in a scrap of wood and pour a slug of pure lead using the G drill size hole. This way if the groove diameter is oversize, you will be able to pick it up for sure with the larger slug..... which if pure lead will easily conform to the groove dia.

A tin can, some plumbers lead, and a camp stove or propane torch does the job.

Split the wood after pouring the slug/slugs, and retrieve your product.

Don't make it harder than it is. Everything in life should be so simple.
