Does anyone have any info on factory Encore barrels in 500 S&W? I've read that Thompson Center is offering this chambering in their factory barrels but I have not seen any for sale. Thanks, Kevin. | ||

I was just at the gunshop today and a saw a pistol and a rifle barrel in the 500 S&W both going for $269 I believe. | |||

Here is a custom barrel that I have that was made by On Target Technology in a 500 S&W it is 16.25" in length and 1" in dia. It is a great shooter and does well on wild hogs.   One well placed shot is all it takes. | |||

MidwayUSA's website says they'll be getting some soon. They list boty blued and SS 15 inch barrels with brake for @$280. I've also got one of the OTT .500 barrels but 20 inches long. I've replaced the buttstock with a Bullberry one better suited to metalic sights. It handles suprisingly well with that big bull tube.
