500 S&W Encore Barrel

Does anyone have any info on factory Encore barrels in 500 S&W? I've read that Thompson Center is offering this chambering in their factory barrels but I have not seen any for sale.

I was just at the gunshop today and a saw a pistol and a rifle barrel in the 500 S&W both going for $269 I believe.

Here is a custom barrel that I have that was made by On Target Technology in a 500 S&W it is 16.25" in length and 1" in dia. It is a great shooter and does well on wild hogs.

One well placed shot is all it takes.

MidwayUSA's website says they'll be getting some soon. They list boty blued and SS 15 inch barrels with brake for @$280.

I've also got one of the OTT .500 barrels but 20 inches long. I've replaced the buttstock with a Bullberry one better suited to metalic sights. It handles suprisingly well with that big bull tube.

I just bought one from Midway for $198. 15" factory blued. They called it "inventory reduction"
