Not certain of your reason for looking for export processors when in Australia, however, depending on the country you wish to send the meat, it might be a lot cheaper to have it sent from an esatablished importer in that country.

If you figure out a way to send roo meat to the USA please post details, I'd like to mail home some other Aussie varmint meat when there.

A lot of Australia's roo meat production is exported. Russia and the EU are our biggest markets and a fair bit goes to Asia. I am almost certain we export to the US now - DoK??

As far as sending meat yourself you have buckley's unless you are an accredited exporter.

Scott,

There are some places you can get roo meat in the USA, they are specialty meat shops with outrageously high prices, but they only sell the commercially prepared stuff.

When living in Australia I tried some of the commercial roo meat from Vic Market in Melb and didn't like it, I think the roo was lying around dead a good while before being prepared, but the stuff I shot and butchered on the spot was very good...hence I'd like to shoot it and butcher it myself and bring it to the USA for personal use.
