Hello all I've contacted my state association of SSAA and have been informed that there is a meeting this week between SSAA and Australia Post. I'll keep you informed if/when I get more information. Ian

I hope the SSAA can get this lifted, I and a few mates have contacted the following SSAA ACCC Commonwealth Ombudsmen Local Federal MP DFAT US Embassy I even contacted Brownells in the USA and told them what Australia Post was up to and they emailed me back and said they would contact their Congressman about this as they would lose a bit of business on this. I hope SSAA win the day. Steve

I spoke to someone at SSAA who tells me they have been all over Australia Post like a fat kid and a cup cake. to use his description a middle level beauracrat had ambition greater than his ability. mark

Mark , Good stuff . This is why we should all be SSAA members . The hunting imperative was part of every man's soul; some denied or suppressed it, others diverted it into less blatantly violent avenues of expression, wielding clubs on the golf course or racquets on the court, substituting a little white ball for the prey of flesh and blood.
