Melonite QPQ will greatly increase your barrel life. It is easier to clean. It has absolutely no effect on accuracy. It takes just a small amount more powder charge. I have been using it for several years now. It works great on sizing dies. Much slicker. It is a low temp salt bath case hardening. With my gauge pins I find no change in bore diameter and my gauge pins are in .0001 increments. I use Mimi Trutec. Butch | |||
