When I was stationed at MacDill over 30 years ago as a crewchief on F-4Ds we had several incidents of commercial aircraft landing who thought they were landing at Tampa Int. but never saw anyone mistake Peter O'Knight for MacDill. This kind of error is a lot more common than most people realize.

I think one could find incidents of airliners landing at MQY, NOT BNA in the past.

Runway 32 and lake to the right.
Runway 31 and lake to the right.

Oops did you happen to notice, was that 32 or 31 on the end of the runway?

Yeah and you just know that do do another landing as impressive would take some other nutcase in a Twotter.... or just mabey a Turbo Porter

Ever seen any of the videos of what the PC-6 pilots do after dropping a load of skydivers?

Power to flight idle, nose up to dump airspeed, full flaps, then nose down vertically and pass the sky divers going straight down... and be waiting for them on the ground when they landSmiler

Then again I've watched a Twin-otter pilot manage the same feat...
