Mark, it’s the standard Blaser one-piece scope mount. It clamps with two captive hex bolts (or QD levers) to cut-outs machined into the top of the barrel. It’s easily detachable and, together with the barrel-to-stock fastening mechanism, which consists of two captive hex nuts inside the stock that tighten onto corresponding barrel mounted bolts, always returns the rifle to zero after disassembly and reassembly.
