I'm continuing to liquidate my late fathers collection of really nice custom rifles. For your consideration is a CZ550 built by American Hunting Rifles with a McGowen barrel chambered in 338-06, rear folding express sights, a Burris Fullfield 3-9X scope, all set in a breathtaking, hand-checkered walnut stock. I also have a large lot of brass for the rifle, much of it fire-formed with quite a bit of it factory, and also have MANY .338 bullets available. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() These photos were taken in haste so some of them are a bit blurry and one the camera attempted to blur out part of the trigger guard, I'll be happy to take more photos or photo specific areas of the rifle should anyone desire. My father told me this build cost him between $4500 and $5000, and that was probably 15 years ago. $4000 obo + shipping and insurance. "Only accurate rifles are interesting"- Col. It's simply stunning. Your father had excellent taste. Hope you find it a wonderful home soon. There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author | |||
