9mm bergmann vs largo? destroyer question The bergmann is listed as a mid 30kpsi cartridge. the largo is listed as a 18k psi round the destroyer is marked 9/mm bergmann!! I've always "known" the largo and bergmann to be interchangable... and the destroyer is marked with the higher pressure of the two. it doesn't REALLY matter, as i am sending the bolt and action off to be heat treated, anyway any help would be appreciated opinions vary band of bubbas and STC hunting Club Information on Ammoguide about the416AR, 458AR, 470AR, 500AR What is an AR round? Hmm! Here in "Yurrup" we have these annoying cartridges that "vex" us! The classics being .30 Mauser vs 7.62mm Tokarev and 9mm Parabellum vs 9mm Glisenti. Still you aren't immune from it in the US with 38 ACP vs 38 Super! Have you tried asking - if there is that ability - at this website: http://www.9mmlargo.com/ And specifically this: 9mm Largo Ammunition It may be that heat treating is therefore superfluous as in fact your 9mm Bergmann chambered carbine is in fact actually 9mm Largo "safe" pressure safe! | |||
