I've had my shotgun certificate 13 years now and baring the first visit I've always had it renewed over the phone. Where as I've just renewed the firearms certificate and that I was told has a compulsory visit - even if nothing has changed. I can't quite figure out what the difference is, they're both gun licences - shouldn't they both require a visit? | |||
