With red stag you must decide what you want: big trophy, hunt in the rut, more physical etc etc. Good news it is always nice.
I have hunted red stag in Europe and if I should give a recommendation: clearly Poland. Lots of tradition, nice people, affordable stags.

TaIGA OF Germany? I am especially interested
in the hunts at Kallingrad & Kongisberg.
It seem that thier website is all in German
and my Deutsch is 50% these days.
