Actually, given the SEVERE lack of intellect the local "expert" is applying to his reloading theory, I would make sure I stood behind something SOLID (to better shield myself against any flying bits of metal) when the guy torches off his handloads...

110g bullets in a .300 magnum for Elk....give me a break!
