I am told by some thast when I switch to moly bullets I must increase the powder over what I've been using with non-moly bullets? Is this true? Can anyone give me some of their per loads - I'm shooting Nosler BT's 40 and 55 gr with W 748: 25 gr for the %%'s and 27gr for the 40's. help. Tom Donnelly | ||

I did my tests witha cronagrapth , I just slowly uped my 223 improved moly loads till they were equil to the non moly loads NRA life Delta Pheasants Forever DU Hunt as if your life depended on your results | |||

In a case the size of a 223, it does not not take much of a bump to make up for the moly bullets. Try 0.5-0.7gr more, and you should be safe. Cheap chrony's ($60-80) are a worthy investment! | |||

Winchester CT do not have Moly on them it is Lubalox® exterior coating. I know it reduces pressure but I do not know if it is more or less than Moly. So be carfule NRA life Delta Pheasants Forever DU Hunt as if your life depended on your results | |||
