1) 223 SP 60 gr 13 gr Blue Dot
This reaches way out there and cuts 10% of them in half.
The barrel never gets hot with constant shooting.
Noisy and requires hearing protection.
I cost me 5 cents a shot and the time to hand load.
Fun index 80%

2) 17 HMR CCI
This is medium range and makes a nasty 1.5" hole.
I cost me 20 cents a shot, but 15 cents is possible.
No hearing protection needed.
Fun index 50%

3) 22 LR hollow point in 10/22 w/ 25 round magazine
This cost me 5 cents a shot, and I have to aim 2" over thier heads at 75 yards, but the recoil and velocity are so low, the dust strike make zeroing in on a target easy.
Semi auto is like a video game.
Fun index 80%

I think to reach 100% fun index, I need pink mist

Clark,I shot a crow with my 308 150grs bullet, the hit was spectacular. The crow exploded feathers fell for some time.I now load 125grs bullets for chucks and crows, with the same explosive result.I too like that red mist.
